Accountant

 We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. 

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers.
• Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Support external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Review financial data for accuracy and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and maintain cost efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Computer or Laptop – Minimum of 8GB RAM and reliable processor (i5 or equivalent and above).
• Stable Internet Connection – At least 20 Mbps with backup connectivity (e.g., mobile hotspot).
• Noise-Cancelling Headset – For clear communication during meetings and calls.
• External Webcam – For video conferencing and verification.
• Backup Power Source – Such as a UPS or power bank to prevent disruptions.
