Customer Service Support

Job Summary

 We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. 

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Assist clients with product or service guidance, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and recurring issues to improve service quality.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or office environment.

Required Equipment

  • Computer or Laptop – Minimum 8GB RAM with reliable processor (i5 or higher).
  • Stable Internet Connection – At least 20 Mbps download speed with backup option.
  • Noise-Cancelling Headset – For clear communication with customers.
  • External Webcam – For virtual meetings and team collaboration.
  • Backup Power Source – UPS or power bank to prevent workflow interruptions.
